When I heard that Disney+ would be debuting its first-ever Pixar Studios animated series, I could not have been more excited. As a mostly proud Disney adult, I love watching all of the newest shows and movies on Disney+ and Win or Lose is no exception. I don’t know why I was surprised to find that I like the show — or at least the two episodes they have released thus far — so much but I could not have enjoyed the pilot and subsequent episode more. The show tells one story from eight different perspectives, each unique, beautiful, and funny in its own way. It’s also a gentle and Disney-fied reminder that we don’t have to be the same to have an impactful story to tell.
