Nestor Isidro Perez-Salaz is on U.S. authorities’ most wanted list

Néstor Isidro Pérez Salas, better known as ‘El Nini’, has risen in popularity in recent years to such a degree that the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has tried to capture him in two operations, failing in both, so they are already planning another move.
El Chicken Little’, 31 years old, is the bloodthirsty head of security for ‘Los Chapitos’, thanks to his loyalty he has become the right hand of Ivan Archivaldo Guzman, current leader of the Sinaloa Cartel, being very close to the boss, the agents already have him as their main target.
Between November 3 and 4, Mexican government authorities, in coordination with the DEA, deployed two operations in order to arrest the young hitman in Sinaloa; however, upon arriving at one of his properties, he fled without a trace.
Also known as “Nini”, “El General” or “19”, Néstor Isidro Pérez Salas is wanted by the US justice system (US State Department).
Upon arrival at a ranch that could be in the name of Perez Salas, only notebooks, diaries and notes could be found, of which nothing was said about their content, but could be used to plan the next capture plan.
In addition, the Federal Attorney General’s Office for Environmental Protection (Profepa) had to intervene after the discovery of three Bengal tigers that were seized and transferred to a habitat where their integrity would not be at risk.
“Pérez Salas works directly for Iván Archivaldo Guzmán Salazar’s principal deputy, Óscar Noe Medina González, and has responsibility within Los Chapitos’ security apparatus for the security of the Sinaloa Cartel in the Mexican state of Sinaloa,” reads a US search warrant.
The State Department’s Narcotics Repo Program explained that ‘El 09′ works directly with the first-born son of ‘El Chapo’ Guzman and has responsibility for the security apparatus of ‘Los Chapitos’.
