Few things in life feel quite so aligned with fall as pumpkin spice, turning leaves, and the return of The Great British Baking Show to Netflix. The latest season of the cozy British import once again sees Paul Hollywood, Prue Leith, Noel Fielding, and Alison Hammond return to the iconic “Bake Off” tent, but now there are twelve new bakers to root for — including the show’s first ever American contestant. Bronx-born bakers aside, The Great British Baking Show Season 12 is already hitting many of the familiar notes that makes the international hit such an obsession. There have been complicated challenges, cheeky jokes, and instant friendships formed amongst the bakers. The Great British Baking Show is destined to be at the top of your Netflix queue for the rest of the year.
