A judge granted José Guadalupe Tapia Quintero, alias Lupe Tapia, Ismael El Mayo Zambada García’s logistics operator, an injunction to be extradited or deported to the United States.

Alfonso Alexander López Moreno, Fifth District Judge in Amparo and Federal Trials in the State of Mexico, granted the flat suspension that prevents Tapia Quintero’s extradition or deportation, according to Milenio newspaper.
