Kamala Harris Uses Bizarre Analogy About Stars to Call Trump Racist, Leaves Viewers Baffled

Kamala Harris left viewers scratching their heads after she veered off on a discussion about constellations before making an argument that Donald Trump’s criticism of Democrat-run cities is racist.

Harris sat down with former CNN contributor Roland Martin for a live-streamed interview early Monday morning. The pair discussed recent comments from Trump suggesting the rest of America was destined to become as decrepit as Detroit if he fails to win in November.

Trump issued the warning during a speech to the Detroit Economic Club.

“The whole country is going to be like, you want to know the truth? It’ll be like Detroit. Our whole country will end up being like Detroit if she’s your president. You’re going to have a mess on your hands,” he predicted.

Martin alleged that Trump’s criticism of run-down, crime-riddled cities was a jab at those with large black populations, failing to note the other correlation being that they are predominantly run by Democrats. He believes any criticism of a Democrat-run city is evidence that “he’s talking about black people.”

And that’s when Harris offered up this gem of a response:

“Yes, yes, yes. I- I- you know, there’s this whole – I talked with somebody once who said, ‘You know, if you just look at where the- the- the stars are in the sky. Don’t look at them as just random things, look at them as points. Look at the constellation, what does it show you,'” Harris replied.

It’s highly likely she’s misquoting the “somebody” who told her that story. Sheesh. No wonder “60 Minutes” felt they had to stealth edit some of her responses during their interview.

Harris jumped on her whimsical analogy to suggest the stars and points (Trump’s comments) suggest that he’s created his own constellation. A constellation of racism.

“You just outlined it Roland, what does it show you?” she asked. “That the cities that he picks on in terms of black population or black mayor or both. C’mon.”

Kamala’s two-front war with both astronomy and the English language left social media viewers perplexed.

“I don’t think she even wants to be president. She is so over her head and she knows it. She’s cracking,” one viewer wrote.

“Every interview her handlers must be thinking, ‘We should’ve kept her chained to the teleprompter,’ but then bc of how poorly it went they have to do another one,” user Anthony Galli added. “It’s like a gambler trying to make back his losses by shouting at a slot machine.”

Another referred to the vice president’s comments as proof that Trump was right, “Stupid people are the real threat to democracy.”

This isn’t the first time Ms. Harris has waxed poetic about space and the stars. It’s becoming as much a theme with her as an obsession with Venn diagrams, coconut trees, and yellow school buses.

A YouTube series called “Get Curious With Vice President Harris” showed the Veep visiting a group of kids while they toured the United States Naval Observatory.

The children in the video were child actors. And that skill was necessary for them to properly pretend that they, as teenagers, were even vaguely interested in Harris talking to them like toddlers.

The video features a spaced-out Harris talking in an over-the-top, exuberant tone to the actors.

“You guys are gonna see, you’re gonna literally see the craters on the moon with your own eyes!” she excitedly told the children, pointing to her own eyes as if the group in front of her consisted of kindergarteners.

Truth be told, they probably would have been better off using a child actor to play the role of Harris.

“I just love the idea of exploring the unknown,” Harris added in the nearly 10-minute video. “To think about so much that’s out there that we still have to learn, like, I love that.”

It should be noted that, like, Kamala Harris is the current chair of the National Space Council.

During this latest interview, Harris reiterated an assertion that Trump is hiding because he is “unfit and unstable.”

She made that comment during an interview with Martin, who has previously cast Republican voters as “evil,” and declared war against the political opposition of the Biden-Harris administration.

“We are at war with these people. These folks are evil. They have allowed evil into their house with Donald Trump. He has now dominated the party,” Martin preached during an appearance on MSNBC in 2022. “This evil is spreading.”

The Democrat nominee for President has been accused of running to friendly media during her campaign and dodging tough interviews. Speaking with Martin is further evidence of that. They share similar thoughts on former President Trump.
