Authorities of the State Investigation Agency reported a narco message in front of a public school in the municipality of Ensenada, in what would be the first message of this type so far this September.

According to official data, the discovery was made at 08:08 hours this Saturday, September 16, at the school located on Guayanas Street, in the Relotificacion Lomitas neighborhood, following a report made to the Control, Command, Communication and Computing Center (C4).

Agents of the Municipal Public Security Department went to the site, where they removed a banner on the fence of the “Leona Vicario” and/or “Felipe Carrillo” school, with the message: “This is going to happen to all the rats.

Sincerely, Insan FF”

The last narcomanta placed in Ensenada was last July 23, in Valle de Guadalupe, presumably by the “Cartel Arellano Felix” (CAF); it was on the chain link fence of a business.

And the previous one dates from the early morning of Monday, June 5, on the bridge of the Cet-Mar school, in the El Sauzal de Rodríguez district.
