Abbey Gate Anniversary: Trump Takes on Duty of President While Biden and Harris Go MIA
Joe Biden is at the beach, and Kamala Harris has nothing on her schedule but was supposed to be in Washington, D.C.
So who is running the country as those two are missing in action?

Aug. 26th is also an important date — it’s the anniversary of the terrorist attack on Abbey Gate in Kabul when 13 brave young American service members lost their lives to a terrorist bomb.
Both Biden and Harris released statements recognizing the anniversary. But they were playing catch-up to the criticism that in the last three years, they couldn’t be bothered to mention the names of the people killed. They finally put the names in written statements, now that we’re in an election year. I doubt they wrote them themselves. You can read them here. So far, I’m not seeing any kind of public on-camera statements — guess they couldn’t be bothered.
Truth-challenged:
Biden says that he’s the “only president of the 20th century” who has had no American troops dead since he’s been president.

Biden’s released statement also left out part of the name of one of the service members – Marine Corps Sgt. Johanny Rosario Pichardo.

Biden and Harris were responsible for their deaths because they put them in an untenable situation, forced to defend the airport after Biden and Harris mishandled the situation right down the line.

But while Biden and Harris were going MIA, President Donald Trump didn’t forget. He did the presidential thing while they were MIA. He went to Arlington National Cemetery and laid wreaths at the ceremony in their honor.
It’s the 3rd anniversary of 13 American service members dying during the withdrawal from Afghanistan.

He also spoke with family members who were there and spoke on the phone with the family of Army Staff Sergeant Ryan Knauss.
At Arlington National Cemetery, President Trump speaks on the phone with the family of SSG Ryan Knauss, as he lays flowers on his grave.
3 years ago today, SSG Knauss was one of 13 U.S. service members killed in the Biden-Harris Afghanistan withdrawal.

Trump was upset that neither Biden nor Harris showed up and pointed out how the incompetence of the Biden-Harris administration led to the deaths of the servicemembers who should never have been killed. “Where is our president? We don’t even have a president,” Trump said.
