‘Canada’s Drag Race All Stars’
Hello, bonjour, hi! A new spin-off of Canada’s Drag Race premieres tomorrow, July 9. Canada’s Drag Race All Stars will welcome nine “true north, strong and fierce” queens back into the the werk room for the first Canadian All Stars season. The season marks a first for the entire international Drag Race franchise: the judging panel will be comprised entirely of drag queens —Canadian drag queens, to be exact. Canada’s Drag Race host Brooke Lynn Hytes returns, with new judges and Canada’s Drag Race Season 1 alums Jimbo and Priyanka joining her. The nine returning queens include runners up from multiple seasons, one queen from the most recent season, and one making her third Drag Race appearance. There’s also one queen making her Canada’s Drag Race debut as an All Star; Jackie Cox, who finished fourth on Season 12 of the flagship American series, is Canadian-born-and-raised.
