‘Chris & Martina: The Final Set’

Netflix’s new tennis documentary Chris & Martina: The Final Set is a loving look at a legendary friendship-turned-rivalry-turned-sisterhood. For decades, Chris Evert and Martina Navratilova dominated the women’s tennis circuit, trading Grand Slam titles while pushing each other to get better. While everyone knew the two athletes were consistently targeting each other, what was less known was the fact that they started out as good friends. Chris & Martina: The Final Set not only explores the chokehold these two icons had on the sport, but how their relationship evolved on and off the court. Today, the two best friends, as close as sisters, are partners in a new battle against cancer.
