‘Ghosts’ (2021)

Nothing makes a bad day better than a good laugh, and the CBS comedy Ghosts is full of good laughs. Ghosts is an American take on the BBC original Ghosts UK, which premiered in 2019. The show follows Sam (Rose McIver) and Jay (Utkarsh Ambudkar) as they move into Woodstone mansion that Sam inherits. After an accident that involves Sam being in a brief coma, they come to learn that the mansion is haunted by ghosts from different decades who have died on the property, and Sam can communicate with them. The ensemble comedy is filled with hilarious mishaps, balanced with serious conversations surrounding mortality. With five seasons, and more on the way, the series is definitely binge worthy.
